Community management resources and tools from Community Command OS

PRACTICAL SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT RESOURCES

These resources are built from the same real-world social media and community management experience featured in my portfolio.

WHY I BUILT SOCIAL & COMMUNITY COMMAND OS

I’ve spent years managing social media and online communities, and one thing I’ve learned is that the hardest part usually isn’t knowing how to make a post or answer a comment.

It’s managing everything around it.

What do we post? Who handles this comment? Does this need an admin? What happens when something goes wrong? How do we keep everyone on the same page? What are we actually measuring?

Eventually, I realized that the answer to most of those problems wasn’t another app, another content calendar, or another list of social media tips.

It was having a system.

That’s why I created the Command OS collection: practical frameworks, templates, workflows, and resources designed around the work that social media and community managers actually do.

My goal is simple:

Less guesswork. Less reinventing the wheel. More time to actually build something worth engaging with.

BUILT FROM REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE

These aren’t theoretical systems. They’re informed by my professional experience building social media programs, managing digital content, training teams, working with nonprofits, and moderating large online communities.

Community Manager's Cheat Sheet

The Community Manager’s 1-Page Escalation Cheat Sheet — FREE

A quick-reference guide for deciding what a moderator can handle, when to pause, and when an admin needs to step in.

Community moderators make dozens of judgment calls that nobody sees. Delete it? Leave it? Warn them? Escalate it? Is this actually a crisis, or just a heated conversation?
And too often, the answer is basically: use your best judgment.

So I made something I wish more moderation teams had. The Community Manager’s 1-Page Escalation Cheat Sheet.

It’s a free quick-reference guide for deciding what a moderator can handle, when to pause, and when an admin needs to step in. No email course. No 40-page ebook. Just something useful you can keep open while you work.
